Before You Book
Please book at least 48 hours in advance. A tour is confirmed only after all essential arrangements and the total price have been agreed upon, the required deposit has been received, and we have confirmed the booking.
⚠️ Book Early:
48 hours is the minimum booking notice, not a guaranteed response or availability window. We may be guiding tours for several consecutive days and unable to respond promptly. Please avoid leaving your booking until the last minute, especially for complex itineraries, multi-day tours or ancestral village and family heritage research, which may require considerable advance preparation and local coordination.
If details remain unresolved or payment has not been received 48 hours before the requested tour, the inquiry will be considered closed for that date. We do not continue last-minute negotiations or arrangements for unconfirmed tours. Earlier booking is strongly recommended during weekends, public holidays and the Canton Fair.
Our Approach to Private Tours
We specialise in private cultural tours focusing on Guangzhou's history, trading heritage, local food, traditional neighbourhoods and everyday life. Our value lies in local expertise, thoughtful planning and meaningful cultural experiences, rather than simply transporting visitors between attractions. We do not operate large-group tours or compete solely on price.
How Private Tour Planning Works
Before booking, we are happy to suggest suitable tours, provide a general itinerary outline and offer an indicative quotation. Detailed planning, route optimisation, repeated revisions and special arrangements are undertaken after the booking is confirmed with a deposit.
Each tour option has its own duration, transport arrangements and included services. Services from different options cannot be combined at the lower-priced rate. Airport pickup, additional transport, extended hours or other requests may require a revised quotation.

✅ Preferred tour date: An exact date is preferred. Approximate dates are acceptable for preliminary inquiries, but availability cannot be guaranteed.
